The staff was not very friendly, they were very bothered if we asked them questions.

I would have liked the restaurant to have a later breakfast

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The rooms were nice. A small refrigerator would have been nice, but really no big deal. We love to visit New Orleans and we only spend time in the French Quarter, therefore the hotel was close to the restaurants, French Market and Pat O'Briens which are the things we enjoy in N.O. Loved the balcony over Bourbon Street.

The bedspread was too short. The bathroom door was broke. The a/c made a terrible noise.

Great location for throwing beads off balcony onto Bourbon Street. Missed the complimentary continental breakfast. Missed having a microwave but had a fridge after requesting one. Great blowdryer. Best maid service ever had in the city. Wonderful staff. ...read more

The hotel in general was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean room. Was disappointed that there wasn't a restraunt in house opened for lunch and dinner.

Liked the historic look of the hotel.

The room was dirty and the air conditioner did not work very well.

The hotel was perfectly placed if you want to stay on Bourbon Street. The room was not clean enough for my standards. I think for a little more money one could get a lot nicer hotel.

Elevators were small.

My stay in new Orleans was quite pleasant thanks to the staff of this hotel. I am a diabetic so i always have to have my blood meter with me when I travel. We had to change rooms when we got there because they gave us a non smoking room. This hotel quickly and nicely set us up in a smoking room. In the haste of switching rooms my wife and myself bother forgot to grab it because we both thought the other had grabbed it.
